Young Buddhist Garden Retreat

By focussing and relaxing our mind and opening our heart, our awareness deepens, our imagination comes alive and we begin experiencing life as more beautiful. During this gardening retreat we will combine working together outdoors in nature with traditional Buddhist practices of meditation, ritual and reflection. Join us to explore the relationship between awareness, imagination and beauty and how these qualities lead us to freedom.
This retreat is open to anyone aged 18-40 and any level of experience or work ability is welcome. All practices will be introduced and explained for those who are new.
