When we do not understand
That our true nature,
Which is not to be sought out,
Is indeed not to be sought out,
Our good works will create a quest,
And it is said that our good works
Will become grounds for deviance.
As for the true nature of our wisdom,
From the beginning we have been clearly without obstruction.
From the beginning we have been without any obstructions, So if we are not aware that there are no obstructions It is said that our wisdom will be an obstruction.
When we do not understand
That unobstructed wisdom
Is without any obstructions,
We will not understand that to be unmoving Is to be clear.
This is said to be a ground for deviance in great wisdom.
As for the true nature of the levels and of the other side, When we are not aware that there is nothing to study or traverse, And we do indeed lack any study or travel, It is said that we are obstructed by levels and by the other side.
When we do not understand
That the stages and paths do not require study and travel We indeed do not require study and travel, But we make up things to study and travel.
So the stages and the other side are said to be grounds for deviance.
As for the true nature of subtleties,
They are a reality that is beyond taking things in And holding onto them.
If we are not aware that this is beyond any grasping or being grasped, These subtleties are said to be obstructions.
When we are not aware that the subtlety that is beyond Taking things in and holding onto them Is indeed beyond taking in and holding on, If we view the existence of subtle and gross atoms, It is said that this is the grounds for deviance of subtleties.
As for the teachings on the true nature of a Tantra, The mind and the Dharma Are connected in non-duality.
If we are not aware that we are connected in non-duality, This is said to be an obstruction in the Tantra.
When we do not understand that our connection with non-duality Is a non-dual connection, We will see our minds and the Dharma as being two things.
This is called the grounds for deviance in the Tantra.
As for the teaching on the true nature of the transmission, There is the version that is published And there is the ascertained teaching.
If we do not understand that this is to be published, It is said that this will be an obstruction to the transmission.
When we do not understand that this transmission is to be published We may place it at the top.
Those who say that this is not to be published Say that this is a grounds for deviance in the transmission.
