Your child, your brother, your neighbour does something you never saw coming, something serious. What do you do then? Do you stand by them? Or do you choose what feels right, even when that’s hard? We all recognise questions like these, whether small or big. They touch on something essential: how much room do we give to love, and how much to what we actually know is true?
During this evening at the library, Lama Jigmé Namgyal Rinpoche will explore these questions with you. In a calm, accessible way, without ready-made answers, but with attention to what it means to be loving and to remain loving, including towards ourselves, when life presents us with difficult choices.
