“Call forth as much as you can of love, of respect and of faith! Remove the obstructing defilements, and clear away all your
taints! Listen to the Perfect Wisdom of the gentle Buddhas, Taught for the weal of the world, for heroic spirits intended!” Our contemplations and discussions will be balanced by meditation, ritual, silence and periods of mindful gardening. This retreat offers a chance to synthesise different areas of practice and elevate our minds. It will be suitable for those with experience and those who are new to Buddhism (under 35year old).
